Seeking an experienced
**Project Manager / Business Analyst**
with strong expertise in
**Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance**
. This role combines
**end-to-end project delivery**
leadership with
**hands-on business analysis**
, ensuring successful execution of insurance technology and business transformation projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
– Lead P&C insurance projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.
– Conduct requirements elicitation, run workshops, and document BRDs and user stories.
– Plan and manage resources, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
– Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
– Apply deep P&C domain knowledge to policy, claims, underwriting, and billing processes.
**Requirements**
– 10+ years of Project Management experience; 5+ years Business Analysis in P&C insurance.
– Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
– Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
– Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
– PMP/CBAP certification preferred.
