Project Manager – Locals Only

Job Description

A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Project Manager to work on their ongoing project in the Lansing, MI office.

**Below are the additional details of this role:**

**Required Qualifications:**

– 5+ years overall experience
– Experience with the ADKAR (Prosci) Framework
– Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage high-visibility projects with medium to high risk.
– Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with experience interacting with Agency Leadership.
– Ability to manage both technical delivery and change management efforts within complex environments.
– Demonstrated success managing vendor-supported projects with integrated technical components and stakeholder groups.
– Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.
