A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Project Manager with Child welfare application Exp to work on their ongoing project in the Raleigh, NC office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

We need a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the following.

* Program Management experience managing multiple large complex projects
* Experience creating roadmaps for the portfolio
* Proven track record of delivering IT projects within budget, scope and schedule
* Objective decision-making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis and resource availability
* Hands on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications
* Strong supervision, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
* Demonstrated presentation, training skills, oral and written communication skills.
* Solid work experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
* Experience with MS Office(Word, Excel and Power point)
* Strong organization and analytical thinking skills with experience preparing Project plan for complex business needs.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all job levels, use excellent evaluation skills, and ability to relay information in legible reports as required
* Experience with Agile Methodologies.
* PMI certification Project Management Professional (PMP)
* Experience with Cloud technologies & SaaS applications running on Cloud
* Experience collaborating with Federal, State and Local Government
* Experience managing implementation of a statewide IT project
* Experience in establishing and/or implementing governance models for IT modernization efforts
* Experience with projects related to Application transformation and Modernization

This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
