Title: Project Scheduler

Location: Juno Beach, FL (Fully Remote Role – ONLY FOR FLORIDA RESIDENT)

ONLY USC, GC, H1bs or EADs works – No OPTS

Open for Bother w2 or c2c – but prefrence w2

Must-have skills: 2-4 years of scheduling experience utilizing Microsoft Projects and Primavera P6 for full life cycle construction projects with a strong understanding of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction process; Renewable energy or Transmission Lines and Substations exp

Requirements:

* Scheduling experience utilizing Microsoft Projects and Primavera P6 for full life cycle construction projects with a strong understanding of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction process (2-4 years);
* Ability to interact with all project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints to be included within the plan and schedule. Maintain a positive attitude and develop strong working relationships with all team members;
* Ability to lead Schedule Review Meetings with all project participants and coordinate requirements to ensure resources are focused on the right project activities;
* Analytical mindset. Ability to review, criticize, and validate external information. Excellent process management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to report project status & variances to management in a clear and concise manner;
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or similar field.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

* Develop and manage work orders for Transmission activities related to nuclear assets, ensuring all tasks are well-coordinated and planned;
* Lead the scheduling and tracking of maintenance, compliance, and project progress at Nuclear sites, ensuring alignment between Transmission, Substation, and Nuclear operations;
* Assist in responding to events, conduct root cause analysis, and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence of issues;
* Participate in maintenance planning meetings, contributing to the development and improvement of work management processes for Transmission Nuclear activities;
* Ensure all work activities are performed with a high degree of integrity and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements;
* Coordinate effectively with various teams and departments, providing leadership and guidance to ensure successful project execution and maintenance activities;
* Be prepared to meet attendance and storm duty requirements, including working extended hours when necessary to support critical operations.
