**Job Title: QA Engineer**

**Rate: $30 to $40hr**

**USC, GC, GC EAD,H1B and H1B Transfers, OPT, H4 EAD**

**Location :Day 1 onsite – San Diego,CA**

**someone who will work full time in the office (no more hybrid work model) and will work 8am-5pm daily.**

**We are looking for an Energetic team player who will work for the IoT System Test team as a Senior Software Engineer in Test, specializing in Test Automation.**

**This resource will be responsible for implementing test automation frameworks specializing in iOS and Android mobile application testing – using Appium, Selenium, Cucumber, and provide guidance on tools to utilize to make the team more efficient.**

**Work with peers across the organization to drive test efficiencies, improve test coverage, and to drive Mobile App Testing with a development mindset. **·** Expertise in Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, and Defect Reporting and Tracking.

· Dedicated to learning new automated frameworks

· Testing of iOS and Android phones/devices for IoT Mobile applications.

· Examine product user stories, create test cases, and execute tests.

· Work multiple projects – context switching – and provide daily status on completed tasks.

· Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and Appium.

· Strong JavaScript skills

· Experience with other technologies like Angular JS, TypeScript, and Node.js.

· Willinging to learn new technologies when required.

· Jira and Xray for Test Case Management

· Driving Test Metrics to track KPIs for delivery to Senior management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

· 5-7+ years’ experience/ expertise in Understanding and Analyzing Test Requirements, Tracking changes, and maintenance of Test Requirements.

· Experience with iOS and Android device testing

· Appium, Selenium WebDriver,

**PREFERRED**

**·** Understanding of SDLC and Agile Development

· Proven ability of testing multiple projects – context switching and meet project deadlines.

· Experienced in working with cross functional teams – development, UX, Quality, CX

· Experience with Jira for bug tracking, test automation execution, and metrics gathering.

· Experience with AWS tools.

· Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
