**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead/Manager to join our team in Alpharetta. This role requires a strong background in QA automation with a focus on API testing, and the ability to lead a team while managing client relationships.

**Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage the QA team, overseeing all aspects of the QA process.
* Develop, implement, and maintain automation frameworks for API testing.
* Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts with a focus on API testing.
* Utilize automation tools/frameworks such as Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
* Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with development teams to resolve defects.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in QA and testing.
* Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to team members.
* Manage client relationships and handle account management tasks as needed.

**Must Have**

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role, with a focus on API testing.
* Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
* Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured, etc.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
* Proven experience as a QA manager or in a relevant role.
* Strong background in account management or client-facing roles.

**Good To Have**

* Solid understanding of API technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.) and web services.
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated tests into CI workflows.
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
* Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48.00 per hour

Experience:

* SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
* Selenium: 1 year (Preferred)
* Test automation: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

* Austin, TX (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

* Austin, TX: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
