Location: Delray Beach, Florida, USA

Full-Time | Onsite | 2nd Shift
**Key Responsibilities:**
● Conduct quality control inspections on raw materials and processed products.
● Perform microbiological sampling, sanitation testing, and monitor HACCP critical
control points.
● Register and maintain quality records in digital systems.
● Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FDA, FSMA, USDA).
● Monitor organic handling protocols and metal detection performance.
**Requirements:**
● Technical degree or professional studies in Food Technology, Agroindustry, Biotech,
Chemistry or related fields.
● Valid HACCP certification; additional training in GMP or food safety is a plus.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in food quality or agroindustry environments.
● Intermediate technical English (reading, writing, and basic verbal communication).
● Basic Excel skills and familiarity with digital or ERP systems.
**Working Conditions:**
● Cold working environment (below 45°F / 7°C).
● Physically demanding; includes standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive tasks.
● Exposure to natural product odors (e.g., onion, peppers) and sanitation chemicals.
● Night shift with potential for overtime.
