Location: Camden, NJ
Hybrid – – 3 days a week onsite
**US citizen or GC preferred but will accept H1b.****Quality Assurance Analyst (Manual Testing) – Required Skills – MUST HAVES:*** Must have Automotive Client Experience
* Minimum 4-6 years of experience as software quality analyst
* **Looking for someone that is 75% Manual 25% Automated**
* Extensive knowledge of software and data testing including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored jobs, and error replication
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Automation experience is value added. Ability to execute automated tests and test scripts based on demand
* Experience in working with offshore teams
* **Tools:**
+ **Proficient with SQL and Postman or SOA UI tools**
+ **Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.**
+ Experience in SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and Selenium
* Research Skills: **Gathering information from subject matter experts and existing code.**
* Self-Starter Skills:
+ Initiative: Take the lead. Identify and address issues early without waiting for problems to escalate.
+ Resource Preparation: Anticipate upcoming work and prepare in advance to ensure smoother execution.

**Quality Assurance Analyst (Manual Testing) -** **Summary:**The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for developing and supporting the **planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for features.** The role will involve working with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. This role will require strong attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving abilities. This position is part of a team that provides services supporting technologies in the US, Canada, and Japan with future market plans.
*****Looking for someone that is 75% Manual 25% Automated****Quality Assurance Analyst (Manual Testing) – Primary Responsibilities*** Review and validate the requirements and functional specifications
* Work closely with BA, business team to get understand of requirements
* Develop test plans, strategies and scheduling of test activity
* **Create, maintain test cases/scripts based on business requirements/specification documents (functional, Integration, Component Integration, System Integration, Exploratory)**
* **Perform test execution, test analysis and all phases of testing, including functional, regression, performance, usability, integration, acceptance, etc.**
* Ensure feature meets functional and design requirements
* **Perform API testing**
* **Should have knowledge on one of bug tracking system (JIRA)**
* Report bugs into the bug tracking system with clear and detailed steps to reproduce.
* Work closely with developers on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing)
* Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product’s efficiency
