ABOUT THE JOB
Role: QA Transformation Lead
Location: Maryland
Job Type: Hybrid

Job Summary:
We are looking for a QE Transformation Lead to spearhead initiatives that enhance quality engineering practices, tools, and technology across the organization. This role involves guiding QA teams, establishing industry best practices, and delivering successful quality transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor QA teams to achieve quality excellence.
* Design and implement test strategies and roadmaps to improve QA processes.
* Lead change management efforts for QA tools and methodologies.
* Define and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of transformation efforts.
* Establish standardized testing practices and ensure their adoption.
* Act as a key communicator between QA, development, and support teams.
* Drive QA performance metrics and ensure release readiness.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Over 15 years of experience in QA, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
* Prior experience in the banking domain is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
* Hands-on expertise with tools like Selenium, Java, Appium, and JIRA.
* Familiarity with Agile development and CI/CD pipelines.
* Background in financial or middle office testing processes.
* Proficiency with tools such as Confluence and Cucumber
