**Quality Control Manager**

**MAJOR FUNCTION:**

* Maintains quality management system in compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 requirements and customer specification
* Hold meeting with Customer regarding quality control issue / manage and discuss the problems
* Manage Customer claims and develop their relationship
* Attend meeting with parent company to communicate quality control issues
* Direct overall operation of quality control department
* Develops plans for annual internal and external QMS audit plans
* Trains internal auditors, department specialists/team members

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

* Manages 2 and 3 party quality system audits
* Manages financial information
* Develops quality strategy planning
* Forecasts field quality issue trends
* Review and approve department documents
* Manage Customer claims and develop their relationship
* Perform Quality audit with customers periodically
* Performs other duties as assigned

**PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:**

* Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering field and 5 years related field experience required
* Five years of process improvement experience required
* Proficiency in Window Excel, Power Point, Word, CAD required
* An individual must demonstrate strong supervisory, interpersonal, communication skills
* Capability to perform multi-tasks
* **Must be Bilingual in Korean and English**

**Organizational Relationships**:

* Accountable to the Top Management of the organization for all phases of activities.
* Advises, consults, and coordinates with:
* Senior Management:
* Middle Management and Supervisors, Team Leaders and Team Members as needed
