Job Description

**Title – Lead React Native Developer**

**Experience :10**

**Visa Status: H1B**

**Location : Chicago, IL(Onsite)**As a React Native Developer, you will be responsible for developing mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using React Native. You will work closely with our development team to deliver high-quality, performant, and scalable mobile applications that meet the needs of our users and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using React Native.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

4. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

5. Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance and usability.

6. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

7. Stay up-to-date with mobile development trends and best practices.

8. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

1. 3 – 8 years of experience developing mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React Native framework.

4. Experience with mobile app architecture and optimization techniques.

5. Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization techniques.

6. Experience with version control systems such as Git.

7. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in building and maintaining app architectures is highly desirable.
