Role: React Native Developer (W2 Only, ANY VISA)

Location: Bentonville, AR (1 day onsite/week)

Duration: 6 Months C2H

W2 Only, ANY VISA is fine (H1B transfers are fine too)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled React Native Developer to join our client’s dynamic team in Bentonville, Arkansas. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a reputable organization offering long-term potential and stability. The ideal candidate must be able to relocate and be onsite from Day 1.

This role demands a developer with deep expertise in mobile application development using React Native. We are not looking for someone who has just experimented with React Native briefly – we need a dedicated mobile app developer who has extensively delivered and supported end-to-end mobile solutions using React Native in production environments.

Required Skills and Experience:

* 5+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
* Strong knowledge and experience with JavaScript and Redux.
* Proven track record of building and delivering mobile apps using React Native in a production environment.
* Solid understanding of mobile development lifecycle, UI/UX best practices, and performance optimization.
* Experience with integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
* Familiarity with mobile design principles and accessibility standards.
* Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and build advanced mobile applications using React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
* Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
* Work with Redux and other state management libraries to manage app data flow effectively.
* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues for scalability and reliability.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

* Experience with mobile build tools like Fastlane, Gradle, or Xcode.
* Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Detox, or Appium.
* Knowledge of TypeScript.

Additional Information:

* Candidates must be able to relocate to Bentonville, AR and work onsite from Day 1. Remote or hybrid is not an option.
* This role offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time position with the client upon successful completion of the contract term.
