Build Block Inc. provides comprehensive U.S. real estate services to Asian companies. It is headquartered in Silicon Valley, USA, with offices in New York, New Jersey, Texas, California, Singapore, and Seoul. **Real Estate Developer / Construction Management (CM) (10)**

**Job Description**

* Review the project profitability
* Develop a project budget and schedule
* Manage and supervise construction project sites
* Assist in tasks related to inspection and Certificate of Occupancy(COO)
* Manage contracts with subcontractors

**Preferred Qualification**

* U.S. college/ university graduate including Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD Degree (Or expected graduation)
* Actively recruiting international students studiying in the U.S.
* Experience in English-speaking countries
* Fully proficient in business Korean and English
* Education or experience in architecture or real estate development

**Job Type and Salary**

* Salary : Negotiable, depending on one’s experience and qualifications
* Job type : Full-time after a probation period for 3 months

* 프로젝트 수익성 검토
* 프로젝트 예산 계획 및 공정표 작성
* 건설 프로젝트 현장 관리 감독
* 감리 및 준공검사 대관업무
* 협력업체 계약 관리

**우대사항**

* 미국 소재 대학교 졸업(학사 / 석사 / 박사 포함) 혹은 졸업 예정자
* 미국 유학생 적극 채용 중
* 비즈니스 영어 구사에 능숙하거나, 경험이 있는 지원자
