This is a remote role within WI, must be willing to travel to onsite company locations as needed. The Recruiter role manages the full life-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical staff vacancies supporting the mission and vision of the organization.
The Recruiter proactively sources, screens, interviews, and recommends candidates for job openings and ensures successful onboarding in compliance with all employment requirements and regulations. This individual will function as the point of contact for new employees during hiring and the entire new employee experience.
Essential Functions of the Job* Utilizes various talent acquisition channels to attract talent for openings through digital recruitment, social media, internet hiring platforms/ searches, job boards, schools, job fairs, and association sites.
* Ability to handle high volume recruiting load of 25+ requisitions.
* Establishes strong consultative relationship with senior recruiter, hiring managers, and applicants.
* Leads intake meetings with manager to identify position needs and recruitment strategy, including job specifications, duties, qualifications and skills.
* Creates job postings and advertising initiatives in compliance with EEO and employment regs.
* Develops proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent to fill current vacancies.
* Sources passive applicants through multiple channels to create a talent pipeline for hard-to-fill roles.
* Screens applicants for required qualifications to include work history, education, training, credentials, skills and salary requirements.
* Makes recommendations to hiring manager for interview and schedules interviews accordingly.
* Prepares salary quote and extends offers to applicants in a timely manner.
* Maintains salary equity spreadsheets and wage comp documentation.
* Responsible for tracking and reporting recruitment metrics such as turnover, time to fill, etc.
* Develops and maintains partnership opportunities through local schools, and community and state organizations (CEP, WPCHA, WisHHRA)
* Manages the Employee Referral program and tracks payments and outcomes.
* Tracks and processes recruitment-related bonus payments (Sign-on, Relocation, etc)
* Suggests ongoing process improvement efficiencies related to hiring process within Workday.
* Travels to career fairs, interview days, and clinic locations as needed.
* Provides back-up coverage to Sr Recruiter for provider recruitment.
* Creates recruitment and advertisement materials with Marketing to include brochures, flyers, and ads.
* Partners with managers to revise existing job descriptions; may assist HR Director in creating new JDs
* In partnership with Sr Recruiter, develops and facilitates recruitment training for hiring managers.
* Knowledgeable as to State and Federal employment law and regulations related to hiring.
* Adapts quickly to changing priorities in hiring needs and leads strategy appropriately.
* Works with the Human Resources team and Payroll on new employee set up within internal systems.
* May support coordination of students for internal and clinical rotation programs.
* May work with external agencies or law firm as to immigration processes, such as H1B.
* May facilitate New Employee Orientation program as needed.
* May participate in employee engagement initiatives and exit interview support as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:* High School diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred.
* 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience or human resources/management required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Recruitment experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
* Experience with Workday, Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruitment systems preferred.
* PHR Certification or Talent Acquisition credentials preferred.
