**About the Role**
: We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS ASCP Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Order-to-Cash (O2C), WMS, and Inventory, with a proven track record of delivering production support, enhancements, and multiple end-to-end ASCP implementations. This role requires close collaboration with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust supply chain and ERP solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

– Provide production support for Oracle EBS ASCP, O2C, WMS, and Inventory modules, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
– Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, configure functional setups, and resolve system issues.
– Prepare detailed functional design documents (MD50, MD70) to support customizations, reports, and integrations.
– Work closely with EBS developers, providing functional inputs, reviewing technical deliverables, and mentoring team members.
– Design, validate, and lead integrations across Oracle EBS ASCP, O2C, WMS, and Inventory modules, ensuring end-to-end process alignment.
– Partner with third-party and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions across enterprise systems.
– Conduct fit-gap analysis, testing (SIT/UAT), and user training as part of new implementations and enhancements.
– Support production cutover activities, data migration, and post-go-live support.

**Required Skills & Experience**

– 10+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS functional experience with a focus on ASCP, O2C, WMS, and Inventory.
– Minimum of 3 full-cycle end-to-end Oracle EBS ASCP implementations.
– Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS setups, configurations, and integration points across Supply Chain modules.
– Proven experience preparing MD50 (Functional Design) and MD70 (Technical Design) documents.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, developers, and cross-functional/third-party teams.
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage both enhancements and production support.

**Preferred Skills**

– Experience with performance tuning of ASCP plans and troubleshooting planning issues.
– Familiarity with demand planning, supply chain optimization, and ATP setups.
– Exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM migration or hybrid environments is a plus.
