**Remote – Oracle HCM Technical Consultant (ORC, Core HR, Talent, OTL)**

We are seeking an
**Oracle HCM Technical Consultant**
with strong hands-on development experience across
**ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), Core HR, Talent Management, and OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)**
. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in building
**ORC integrations with third-party ATS, background check, onboarding, and HR systems**
, and supporting the full
**ATS → Hire → Core HR**
data flow.
**Key Responsibilities**
– Design and develop ORC integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and other Oracle Cloud tools.
– Support the full Recruiting & Hiring lifecycle, including requisition creation, candidate flow, offer process, hiring, and Core HR data movement.
– Develop custom reports using OTBI and BI Publisher across ORC, Core HR, Talent, and OTL modules.
– Build and maintain Fast Formulas for eligibility rules, validations, approvals, and data transformation.
– Support data conversion/migration activities (candidates, requisitions, job templates, employee data, timecard data).
– Configure and troubleshoot ORC, Core HR, Talent, and OTL technical components, workflows, and approval rules.
– Assist end users, HR teams, and TA teams with issue resolution, testing (CRP/SIT/UAT), and production support.
– Integrate ORC with external systems such as background check vendors, job boards, onboarding systems, and HR/payroll apps.
– Provide technical guidance on improving ATS processes, hiring flows, Core HR employee lifecycle, and OTL processing.
**Required Skills**
– 5+ years Oracle Cloud HCM technical experience.
– Strong hands-on experience with ORC (integrations, APIs, data loads, workflows).
– Technical expertise in Core HR, Talent, and OTL modules.
– Strong skills in OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BIP, SQL/PLSQL.
– Experience configuring and troubleshooting ORC recruiting flows and Core HR hire processes.
– Ability to work with HR/TA teams, define requirements, and document technical/functional designs.
