**Responsibilities:**
– Screen and identify patients with respiratory needs
– Perform Respiratory assessments on patients with deficiencies of pulmonary function
– Administer treatment interventions as per the plan of care
– Plan, implement, and assess treatment plans for patients with respiratory illnesses/compromised respiratory function
– Complete documentation as indicated, including patient assessments, care-plans, and daily notes
**Qualifications:**
– Current state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in NY OR Current NY license as Registered Nurse (RN)
– Respiratory Competency Training (can be provided upon hire)
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
