Restaurant Kitchen manager (Mandarin Required能說中文)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

– Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and able to read Chinese. 必須能說中文並看懂中文.

– Possess a valid driver’s license, with occasional involvement in purchasing goods.

– Expected to learn from the basics to proficiency, which may take approximately three months to half a year. Willingness to rotate positions with other temporary staff members as needed.

– To propose a work plan for the role of restaurant manager and demonstrate learning achievements within six months of employment.

– Flexible working hours, with some days requiring up to 12 hours. four to six days a week. 45 hours to 55 hours a week. 一週上班五天,能應對餐廳情況調整自己的班表

– Occasional lifting of heavy objects, approximately 50 pounds.

– Proficient in the use of Excel and office software.

– Must be familiar with all positions within the restaurant, including dishwashing and frying.

– After six months of employment, the company can provide H1B lottery opportunities and consider applying for a green card, especially welcoming those with relevant education beyond undergraduate level.

– The job entails complex tasks and requires significant physical exertion. Not suitable for candidates seeking a single and stable job role.
