We are looking for a diligent Returns Specialist to join our team. The role includes the following responsibilities:

– Handling the listing and delisting of problematic items (处理上下架问题件).
– Managing return processes efficiently and accurately (做好退件工作).
– Demonstrating a strong ability to learn and adapt (具备良好的学习能力).
– Exhibiting excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and customers (具备良好的沟通能力).

Requirements

– Proficiency in English and Chinese (required for bilingual communication).
– Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Previous experience in returns processing or customer service is a plus.
– Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
– Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
– Work hours: Rotating shifts based on business needs (3-shift rotation 9AM-6PM，5PM-2AM，12AM-9AM）
– Full-time, W2
