Role: Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS/PBCS) solutions.

Rate: DOE on W2 or 1099

Mandatory: 10+ years of experience with implementing Oracle EPM and 5+ years of federal exp with EPBCS or PBCS ERP

JD: Experienced Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS/PBCS) solutions oriented functional / technical resource with implementation and 3rd party integration experience. 10+ years of experience with implementing Oracle EPM and 5+ years of federal exp with EPBCS or PBCS ERP. Strong Java development skills are required. Experience in designing and developing webforms, narrative reports, building dashboards, integration artifacts, data reconciliation, and calculations.

Preferred experience and strong knowledge of PS FSCM 9.x solutions supporting AP, PO, Billing, KK, GL, AR, PC, or AM PeopleSoft modules. Understanding of requirements gathering process, develop and maintain standard systems requirement documents, including but not limited to Business Process Workflows, Implementation Plans, Functional/Technical Requirements Documents, Requirement Traceability Matrix, and use cases. Capable of defining test scenarios and scripts based on system requirements to prove functionality satisfies system requirements

Skills: Oracle EPM Cloud for Fed Financials, Java, Groovy scripting, Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis.
