**Job Description:**
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining product displays, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. **Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility** are crucial in this role, as you will be handling transactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that customers receive accurate information and exceptional service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
* Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and product displays in the show
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
* Handle customer complaints and returns with patience and professionalism
* Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
* Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
* Basic to intermediate computer skills (e.g. Excel, Word, Gmail, etc…), including proficiency in using POS systems, email, and inventory management software
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* At least high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus
