The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales department, setting strategic goals, and leading the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, while also managing sales operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**JOB TITLE:** Sales Manager

**OUR HOME:** Alleviate has a 30,000 Sq foot headquarters based out of Irvine, CA. Our headquarters is located in the heart of Orange County’s booming business and finance district. **WHAT YOU’LL DO:** The Sales Manager position plays a key role in the daily management and oversight of the Sales Department, offering training, coaching, and development to all agents.

* Oversee the activity of sales department and monitors sales staff performance
* Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
* Lead, motivate, and coach the team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their individual and team targets
* Provide ongoing training and development to sales team members to enhance their skills in areas such as client education, objection handling, and product knowledge
* Monitor the performance of sales representatives through regular call reviews, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing feedback for improvement
* Ensure that sales agents receive education and coaching with regards to compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly those related to debt settlement practices as needed
* Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, trends, and forecasts
* Address any issues or challenges that arise within the sales team or with clients in a timely and effective manner
* Collaborate with other departments such as servicing and operations to streamline processes and improve overall business performance
* Convene with Sales Trainer to identify which sales employees are in need of ongoing training to improve performance
* Provide support to the Team Captains to promote leadership qualities
* Acquire appropriate staff by interviewing and selecting potential sales employees
* Monitor attendance and work activity of sales employees, reports related concerns to the Human Resources Department as needed
* Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to help build a sales culture that is aligned with company values

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED:*** High School Diploma or GED required
* Knowledge of debt settlement required
* 3+ years’ experience in sales management
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Schedule:** 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

**Location:** Irvine, CA – 5 days per week in office
