We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct sales or telemarketing, with a proven track record in B2B or financial product sales. If you are passionate about sales, skilled in managing a team, and fluent in both English and Mandarin, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive sales efforts through direct selling and telemarketing strategies.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and partners.
* Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
* Lead and manage a sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both English and Mandarin.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales or telemarketing in the US.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B or financial product sales in the US.
* Proficiency in Salesforce is a must.
* Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
* Proven experience in managing and leading a sales team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
