It is a Business System Analyst. This person will need to be experience salesforce and best practices. They are looking for someone who can implement technologies and bring newer and better capabilities. The group is very far behind with moving over to lightning. This person will have to be able to balance technical debt from the old org and take over newer capabilities at the same time while also running the business.

This person will have to take a look at a request to make changes and trying to validate do these things make sense within Salesforce. The requests come in from Spectrum Business. Brandy owns the Salesforce contract for all of the org but this will specifically be dealing with medium large businesses.

3 Core Challenges- There is a massive data problem and they dont have a good data governance. Anytime they implement new existing data it is problematic.

The complexities of the business lead to complexities of salesforce and then they have to work around the complexities.

Salesforce is highly overengineered and causes problems because if the business has money IT does whatever they ask for.
