**Required Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– **8+ years of Salesforce development experience**
in large-scale environments.
– Strong proficiency in
**Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Batch Classes**
.
– Experience in
**Salesforce configuration**
(objects, fields, page layouts, profiles, roles, workflows, flows).
– Proven experience with
**Salesforce integrations**
using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and data migration tools.
– Solid understanding of
**Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits**
.
– Hands-on experience with
**CI/CD tools**
(Git, Jenkins, Copado, or AutoRABIT).
– Salesforce
**Platform Developer I & II certifications**
(highly preferred).
– Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
– Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and handle multiple priorities.
