Senior OR Lead Salesforce Einstein Developer

Waukegan, IL 60085 (Work from office)

3 Months Contract to hire H1B is fine

* Salesforce AI Development Lead (Onshore) Overview: The Development Lead will be responsible for leading the development efforts for Service Cloud Voice and Agentforce implementation.
* This role requires strong technical expertise, responsiveness to business needs and the ability to capture requirements effectively from stakeholders.
* The lead will coordinate with offshore developers to ensure smooth project execution.

Technical Skills

* Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers and Flows
* Data Access and management
* Experience in leading the development team and offshore coordination
* Strong ability to document requirements and articulate technical solutions
* Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive solutions proactively
