Team: close-knit team of 10 dedicated professionals, including a visionary Co-Founder and a talented developer.
Together We Will:
* Design and implement scalable solutions for our production-ready voice agent platform;
* Lead initiatives in software architecture, infrastructure and distributed systems utilizing technologies such as React, Node.js, Next.js, Unix, Amazon Web Services (AWS), CSS, HTML;
* Collaborate closely with designers and engineers throughout the design and implementation phases to ensure seamless integration;
* Provide technical support and implementation guidance directly to our customers, enhancing their experience with our products
What You Will Need:
* 3+ years of experience in software engineer development and system design;
* A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or related fields;
* A founder-like mindset with a passion for taking responsibility and making a significant impact;
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learning and adapting to new challenges;
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of making decisions even amidst disagreements
Would Be a Plus:
* Previous cloud tech stack managing experience;
* Previous startup experience;
* A good sense of humor 😊
