Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant to provide technical and analytical support in SAP Security and Identity Management for ECC, Business Warehouse (BW), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and other Enterprise Applications, including a major SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. The consultant will support both day-to-day operations and project-based tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and configure SAP Security across ECC, BW, CRM, BPC, BOBJ, and Solution Manager.
* Configure and manage S/4HANA and Fiori security, including catalogs, groups, and OData services.
* Translate functional requirements into technical SAP security role designs.
* Define and maintain authorizations, user roles, and user profiles.
* Manage access requests and support development teams in non-production SAP systems.
* Monitor and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
* Maintain and enforce SAP security standards, processes, and strategies.
* Analyze security impact of system migrations and implement required changes.
* Document all SAP security configurations, roles, and procedures.
* Cross-train team members on new security features and technologies.
* Provide regular updates on project status and deliverables.

Mandatory Qualifications:

* 8+ years of experience as an SAP Security Administrator.
* Hands-on experience with at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
* At least one SAP S/4HANA migration project experience.
* Strong problem-solving skills related to SAP access and security issues.
* Proficiency in Fiori and SAP authorization concepts.

Desirable Qualifications:

* SAP Security certification.
* Knowledge of SAP cloud security.
* Experience with SAP BPC/SAC Planning and/or SuccessFactors EC security.
