A technology services client of ours is looking for SAP Callidus Business Analyst (Sales Compensation) skills their ongoing projects.

Required Skills:

* Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Sales Compensation processes.
* Strong expertise in SAP Callidus or similar sales compensation tools.
* Ability to drive customer discussions, gather requirements, and present solutions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in business process analysis, documentation, and requirements gathering.
* Cisco knowledge is highly desirable but not required.

This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and open for USC/GC/H1B resources.
