**Role Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst with strong expertise in SD, MM, and PMR within the SAP S/4HANA landscape. This role involves solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of the SAP ERP system. The ideal candidate will bring deep retail/wholesale distribution knowledge, hands-on SAP experience, and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external teams to deliver high-quality business process solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Lead solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment within SAP S/4HANA.
– Translate complex business requirements into SAP system configurations and functional specifications.
– Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
– Work across SD/MM/PMR modules, with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash and cross-functional integration.
– Configure and support key retail processes: Article Master, Assortments, Pricing, Promotions, Deals, Vendor Funds, and more.
– Support data integrations between SAP and third-party systems (POS, couponing, reporting tools, etc.).
– Assist with training, documentation, and end-user support.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
– 5+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience (SD/MM/PMR).
– Retail experience required; grocery/consumer products experience a plus.
– Strong understanding of EDI, IDocs, and SAP integration with external systems.
– Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including S/4HANA.
– Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Flexible with work schedules and deadlines.
