– Strong technical and functional knowledge of SAP CS processes with excellent communication skills
– Provide L2 support for SAP CS module issues, incidents, and service requests
– Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors and user problems
– Collaborate closely with business users to understand and resolve functional issues
– Support standard CS processes, including service orders, notifications, warranties, repairs, and service contracts
– Years of hands-on experience in the SAP CS module
– Strong understanding of customer service processes in manufacturing environments
– Proven experience in L2 application support and incident management
