Project: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementation/Global Rollout (currently in Explore phase)
Responsibilities:
* Serve in a client-facing role, responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, then translating them into detailed design specifications.
* Configure SAP Service Management (SM), ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
* Collaborate closely with offshore teams to ensure smooth implementation and system integration, maintaining clear communication with onshore counterparts.
* Support the ongoing implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service and assist in addressing any client-specific requirements or challenges that arise.
Must Have Requirements:
“Candidates should have at least 15+ years of total IT experience.”
Strong Team Leading exp ( minimum 7-8+ years of team lead exp.)
* Minimum of 7+ years of experience in SAP Service Management (SM) or Customer Service (CS) module, with a proven track record in both implementation and support.
* Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service, Public Cloud experience, with a solid understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
* Experience working with offshore delivery models, demonstrating effective collaboration and communication with onshore teams.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
