Qualifications

Required:

* 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or applied AI roles.
* Strong knowledge of Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Proficiency with data wrangling and feature engineering using Pandas, Spark, or SQL.
* Proven track record of building and deploying ML models into production environments.
* Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, and probability theory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, build, and optimize ML models for classification, regression, recommendation, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning, depending on business needs.
* Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines using tools like Airflow, MLflow, or Kubeflow.
* Lead the deployment and monitoring of models in production using MLOps best practices (e.g., model versioning, A/B testing, CI/CD).
* Drive innovation by evaluating new AI/ML technologies and incorporating them into existing systems.
* Mentor junior ML engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices.
* Conduct rigorous model performance testing and bias evaluation.
* Document all stages of model development and communicate findings to stakeholders.
