Senior Azure Network Engineer

Job Description

A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Senior Azure Network Engineer to work on their ongoing project in the Saint Paul, MN office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

* Five (5) or more years of Cloud Network infrastructure design, implementation, and support.
* Expert knowledge and skills in TCP/IP and network security, compliance, and best practice.
* Ability to perform advanced technical issue analysis and troubleshooting within a Cloud infrastructure
* Experience migrating legacy applications to cloud environments while adhering to cloud native standards
* Strong network engineering experience (Cisco route/switch, firewall, load balancing, DNS)
* Cloud networking experience in one or more platforms: Azure, AWS, Google, on premise cloud.
* Strong analytical, oral and written communications, problem solving, and human relations skills.
* Candidates should have full lifecycle experience with hybrid clouds including: architecture/design, build, and ongoing operational support
* Experience in creating training materials and educating team members as well as technical stakeholders
* Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Checkpoint, or other network certifications
* Experience using network protocol analyzers for configuring and fine-tune monitoring, alerting, and event management for cloud network services
