A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Senior Desktop Support Technician to work on their ongoing project in the Richmond, VA office.

Required Skills:
We need a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in the following.
* Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, including drivers and bios
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* demonstrated ability to obtain feedback from customers to improve training methods.
* Writing and editing training manuals.
* Running reports and analyzing common complaints and problems.
* An openness to learning new technologies.
* An openness to learning new technologies.
