Senior DevOps Engineer – W2 (H1B/OPT) Accepted

Location: Austin, TX (Initial Remote)

Duration: Long Term

We’re seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. You’ll be a technical leader, responsible for optimizing and automating our software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and manage a robust and scalable DevOps infrastructure.
* Automate software builds, deployments, and testing processes using CI/CD pipelines.
* Configure and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
* Collaborate with development and operations teams to bridge the gap and ensure smooth deployments.
* Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues proactively.
* Implement and manage configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet).
* Optimize infrastructure performance and resource utilization.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest DevOps tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a proven track record of success.
* In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and methodologies (CI/CD, Agile).
* Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
* Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible preferred).
* Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) – familiarity with at least one is preferred.
* Experience with configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet).
* Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.).
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
