The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Applications and ERP this role will be responsible for the SAP S/4HANA program in terms of business outcomes, technology roadmap execution, direct and indirect leadership of internal and external teams, and stakeholder engagement across the company. This
leader will exemplify decisive yet collaborative leadership within the technology organization and be a role model in their engagement with leaders across Solventum. S/he will successfully deliver the complex multi-year, multi-business S4 ERP platform implementation program, migrating customers and processes across Solventum, away from divergent current ERP solutions to a single global template on the cloud-based version of SAP.

Primary Role Responsibilities:* Multi-Year Program Roadmap Delivery: Partner with the business stakeholders to deliver a multi-year SAP S/4HANA platform roadmap to enable the realization of business transformational benefits to support Solventum’s growth strategy and enhance the reliability and resiliency of SAP. The successful SAPS/4HANA consolidation and upgrade program will:
* Deliver a new consolidated platform for all of Solventum, establishing governance of a “fit to standard” approach which will drive lower implementation and operating costs.
* Enable the various businesses to grow profitably in their respective markets, with improved ability to enrich business relationships through an enhanced sales and service experience.
* Enable new data-driven digital capabilities to improve decision-making across the organization by analysing and using consistent information to achieve corporate objectives.
* Improve ways of working for the people of Solventum, with appropriate SAP S/4HANA training that will attract and retain top talent by fostering career growth of building innovative services.
* Strategic Thought Leadership: Constantly cultivate the strategies, and tactics to provide the technology and services that bring the Solventum strategy to life. Bring thought leadership and practical experience to deliver highly reliable and effective technology solutions that leverage Solventum’s technology teams’ expertise, its technology partnerships, and the collective capabilities of the entire organization.
* Timely Delivery: Ensure successful delivery of in-scope milestones according to agreed timelines.Financial Management: Drive the technology program budget planning process for and demonstrate responsible financial stewardship of the entrusted budgets and resources, delivering within agreed financial envelopes.Manage cost and variance on the program (e.g., project delivery, CapEx OpEx,SW/HW, Fixed/Variable, utilization, direct/indirect), and report to stakeholders regularly.
* Leadership and Team Building: Build and develop best-in-class talent, creating opportunities for team members to learn, grow, and achieve their personal career goals as well as have a significant impact on the pursuit of Solventum’s vision. Role-model inclusive, outcome-oriented leadership across the team, the various internal and external stakeholders, and the executive leaders of the company.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work constructively yet decisively with business leaders to ensure their needs are met whilst moving towards a single SAP platform instance that is fit for purpose and delivery synergies across the group
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:* Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university and 10 years in ERP implementation using SAP/S4HANA with large scale business
* Experience managing and holding accountable Solution integrators for meeting design principles, quality, pace, and budget adherence
* Strong leadership skills and experience with large / complex organisations including the ability to work effectively in a changing environment
* Ability to balance change management while adhering to timelines, architecture principles, and quality
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:* Experience in delivering Life science ERP deployments
* Background in TSA Exit environments and complexities Candidates would have lead the roll-out of global change program in supply chain/logistics, manufacturing and/or B2B process automation
* Work location: Hybrid _ Maplewood
* Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $259,007 – $316,564, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
