**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**

The **People Experience People Analytics & Insights Leader** is accountable for leading the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and performance optimization. This role requires an experienced People Analytics & Insights strategic thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights, driving business decisions and optimizing HR processes across the organization. This position will oversee workforce analytics, scorecards, and metrics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Strategy Development, Research & Innovation**

***Strategy Development***

* Design and execute the overall vision and strategy for HR analytics, aligning with organizational goals and priorities.
* Identify key metrics and KPIs to assess workforce effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Metrics to include turnover rates, employee engagement, diversity and belonging, training effectiveness, skills-based career pathing, etc.

***Research and Innovation***

* Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HR analytics.
* Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.

**Data Management & Insights Generation**

***Data Management***

* Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Data collection to include employee surveys, talent acquisition, etc. Reporting and visualization.
* Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations while managing sensitive employee information. Maintain accurate and consistent data across systems to ensure reliable analysis.

***Insights Generation***

* Analyze trends and patterns in employee data to provide insights on talent acquisition, retention, performance, and engagement.
* Utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee engagement, behaviors, etc.; Predictive analytics by using historical data to predict future outcomes, such as turnover, performance trends, and/or recruitment needs.

**Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management**

* Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation within HR teams to enhance overall performance and employee satisfaction. Work closely with other departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Operations) to align People Analytics efforts with broader organizational initiatives and ensure HR practices support the achievement of business goals.
* Advocate for a data-driven culture within HR and across the organization, providing training and support to HR teams on analytics tools and techniques.

**Team Leadership & Development:**

Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity and data-driven decision-making, and accountability

**Your Skills and Expertise**

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, Data Science or a related field in a private, public, government or military environment

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

* 10 years of experience in HR analytics
* 10 years in a leadership role.
* Experience in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, R, Python) and HR information systems (HRIS),

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

* Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
* Master’s degree/PhD preferred.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Workday knowledge preferred.
* Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive organizational performance.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $222,044 – $271,387, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
