Lead .NET Core Developer (Tibco Migration)

Location: Charlotte, NC / Fort Mill, SC (Hybrid — 3 days onsite)

Job Type: Full-time

We are a USA-based staffing agency currently recruiting on behalf of one of our financial services clients. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a major migration project, moving from Tibco applications to .NET Core within a Wealth Management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead migration of legacy Tibco-based applications to .NET Core.
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions.
* Mentor and guide development teams.
* Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with financial industry standards.

Required Skills:

* 5+ years of experience in Tibco and .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework).
* Strong background in migration projects and financial services.
* Experience with AWS and microservices architecture.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred:

* Certifications in .NET Core, AWS, or TIBCO.
* Experience with financial platforms or trading systems.

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and H1B with approved I-140 only.

Interview Process: 2 technical, 1 management, 1 HR round.
