Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled
**Senior Golang Developer**
to design, build, and scale cloud-native applications on AWS. This onsite role requires close collaboration with a Technical Architect and leadership of an offshore development team. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Golang microservices, MongoDB, Kubernetes, observability, and modern CI/CD pipelines, coupled with strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

– Architect and develop Golang-based microservices using
**Gorilla Mux**
and
**gRPC**
– Manage high-volume data operations in
**MongoDB**
, with a focus on indexing and schema optimization
– Own end-to-end AWS application lifecycle including
**API Gateway, Lambda, EKS, EC2, and S3**
– Build and maintain containerized environments with
**Docker**
and
**Helm**
– Implement observability using
**OpenTelemetry**
and integrate metrics/logs with
**Datadog**
– Lead CI/CD automation using
**GitLab**
and
**GitHub Actions**
– Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis
– Mentor offshore developers and enforce coding standards, quality, and best practices

Required Qualifications

– 10–15 years in backend development, with
**7+ years in Golang**
– Strong expertise with
**MongoDB**
(NoSQL data modeling, performance tuning)
– Proven experience with
**AWS deployments and architecture**
– Hands-on with
**Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm**
– Advanced knowledge of
**CI/CD automation**
(GitLab, GitHub Actions)
– Proficiency in
**Linux scripting and debugging**
– Experience with
**TDD and SonarQube**
for code quality assurance
– Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

– Knowledge of
**EV telematics**
– Experience integrating
**payment systems**
(Stripe, Zuora, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cryptocurrency)
– Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as
**Vue.js**
or
**React.js**
