Program Highlights:
* Initial Bench Opportunity: You will be onboarded to Baanyan Software Services and placed on our bench.
* Profile Marketing: We will market your profile to leading vendor companies for up to 90 days to secure an exciting project.
* Relocation: Candidates must be open to relocation across the U.S. as per project requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience working with top-level MNCs in India.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java technologies and frameworks.
* Authorization: Only candidates with OPT, STEM, L2, or H4 EAD will be considered.
