**(Spanish and English) bilingual Senior paralegal – LLM graduate required**

**Details-**

* *Pay range- 50k to 60k yearly + performance bonus + commissions*
* *Company will sponsor for H1B if required.*
* *Timings- Monday to Saturday 50 – 55 hours per week*
* *Work location- 104-05 Liberty Ave. Ozone Park, NY 11417*
* *training location (initial 2 weeks)- Jackson Heights, NY 11372*

**Responsibilities-**

* A prominent, Queens-based immigration law firm is looking to hire a seasoned immigration paralegal with extensive experience in immigration law.
* The ideal candidate should have experience in client intakes, understanding case strategies, creating retainers, following up with clients, and working on the firm’s cases.
* The applicant should also have excellent public relationship skills and be outstanding in business development.
* Candidates applying for this position should be proficient in filling family-based immigration cases, political asylums, visa processing, etc.
* All candidates applying for this position should have worked under the direct supervision of an attorney and should be able to manage and run the entire operations of the office.
* The ideal candidate should assist in management, and duties include delegating tasks, audits, account management, and case management.
* Candidates who have paralegal experience and have strong typing skills should consider applying for this position.
* Experience working with immigration, matrimonial, or bankruptcy firm preferred.
* Bilingual candidates are preferred (Spanish & English) not mandatory
