Title: Senior Power Platform Developer

This is to request an experienced Power Platform developer to assist in a a variety of projects. The first is to tweak an existing application, moving it from Model driven to Canvas and making some corrections. We are also whiteboarding another project that will largely be a portal implementation. We currently have a small, but effective staff who will work with you. We identified the following skills as key:
Requirements:
– The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with Canvas Apps, including app design and user experience, custom connectors, responsive layouts, and delegation handling.
– The candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience with Model-Driven Apps, specifically in Dataverse schema design, business rules, command bar customization, and security roles.
– Experience with Power Pages (formerly Portals) is required for at least 2 years, including web roles and permissions, Liquid templates, web forms and lists, and authentication methods such as Azure Active Directory and external authentication.
– A minimum of 3 years of experience in Power Automate is required, covering cloud flows, approvals, error handling, and integration with SharePoint, Dataverse, and Outlook.
– The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working with Dataverse, including table relationships, business rules, dataflows, and the security model.
– Experience with Power BI, including embedding in Power Apps, data modeling, and DAX basics, is highly desired for at least 2 years.
– The candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in Security and Governance, including DLP policies, environment strategy, and role-based access.
– Understanding Power Platform licensing tiers and providing cost-effective architecture solutions is required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
– Soft skills such as familiarity with Agile or Scrum, requirements gathering, and effective stakeholder communication are considered nice to have, with 5 years of experience preferred.
