Job Description:

The Senior Data Architect will be responsible for designing and managing data architectural solutions across multiple environments, including Data Warehousing, Operational Data Stores (ODS), Data Replication, and ETL data management initiatives. This role involves collaboration with business stakeholders, DBA, ETL, and data management teams to develop solutions for complex data-related projects. The candidate will also play a key role in establishing data governance and master data management (MDM) frameworks and solutions, ensuring best practices are implemented across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement data architecture solutions, including Data Warehousing, ODS, Data Replication, and ETL initiatives.
* Work closely with business, DBA, ETL, and data management teams to deliver robust solutions for complex data challenges.
* Develop and manage data governance frameworks, including policies, procedures, and guidelines for data management.
* Ensure consistency in data decisions and adherence to data management best practices.
* Maintain and update data standardization definitions, data dictionaries, and data lineage documentation.
* Collaborate with ETL, Replication, and DBA teams to establish best practices for data transformation, movement, and derivation processes.
* Provide proactive support for all aspects of data movement and transformation in partnership with support teams.
* Mentor and guide Data Architects and Data Analysts to ensure adherence to database design and data management best practices.
* Contribute to architectural solutions across various data management initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture goals.
* Lead the strategic roadmap for Master Data Management (MDM) implementation and oversee the deployment of MDM tools.
* Establish and enforce MDM policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with architectural best practices.
Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, including OLTP, Data Warehousing, and Big Data.
* 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.
* 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
* 5+ years of experience in Data Governance with strong knowledge of best practices.
* Extensive knowledge of data movement and processing technologies, including Middleware, ETL, API, OLAP, and data tracking best practices.
Skills:

* Strong technical and communication skills.
* Ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.
* Deep understanding of data governance, MDM frameworks, and architectural best practices.
