Job Description
A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Senior/Quality Improvement Analyst to work on their ongoing project in the Raleigh, NC office.

Required Skills:
* Quality Improvement Expertise: Proven experience in quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and their application in healthcare or health IT settings.
* Agile Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile principles, with practical experience in applying them to health IT system development.
* Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in SAS programming and Power BI for creating data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
* Program Evaluation & Research Methodology: Experience in program evaluation, including designing surveys, developing focus group facilitation strategies, and conducting both quantitative and qualitative research.
* Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work closely with various teams (provider engagement, operations, analytics) and stakeholders to align quality improvement efforts with organizational goals.
* Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes.
* Population Health Analysis: Understanding of population health concepts and how health data can be leveraged to derive insights that inform clinical or operational improvements.
