Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

This role is on W2 and won’t work for H1B, C2C, F1 and OPT visa candidates.

Location – Fully Remote

Working Visa – Green Card, H4EAD, Green Card EAD, L2 or US Citizen

Requirements

* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Strong professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend engineering.
* Must have strong experience in Java, Kotlin and Microservices
* Must have experience with SQL OR NoSQL
* Experimentation: Familiarity with growth engineering principles, such as A/B testing, funnel analysis, and customer segmentation.
* Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building high-quality products and effectively solving complex, ambiguous problems involving multiple teams and systems.
* Leadership and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and experience leading cross-organizational projects, working closely with design, product, data science, and engineering teams to achieve shared goals.
