Kforcetech Solutions Inc is looking for experienced with strong **Senior Software Engineer/Staff Software Engineer** technical expertise and valid U.S. work authorization. This opportunity is ideal for professionals currently in India who are open to relocating to the United States and working on enterprise-level projects with global clients.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer / Staff Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

– Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications
– Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps)
– Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices
– Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
– Contribute to system architecture and technical design
– Mentor junior engineers (for Staff level)
– Drive technical innovation and improvements

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

– Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
– **10+ years experience (Software Engineer)**
– **10+ years experience (Staff Software Engineer)**
– Strong programming skills in one or more:
– Java / Python / C++ / JavaScript
– Experience with frameworks:
– Spring Boot / Node.js / React / Angular
– Knowledge of databases:
– MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
– Experience with cloud platforms:
– AWS / Azure / GCP
– Familiarity with:
– REST APIs, Microservices architecture
– CI/CD pipelines
– Git, Docker, Kubernetes

**Preferred Qualifications**

– Experience with system design and scalable architecture
– Exposure to DevOps practices
– Strong understanding of data structures & algorithms
– Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
