ProFound Staffing is actively searching for a Senior Systems Analyst with SAP Finance with FSCD for an Insurance Company with offices Texas, Missouri and New York. The candidate will work on their Financial SAP Systems team within the Application Development group.

In this position, the Senior Systems Analyst will collaborate with management, business users, and IT personnel to determine requirements and implement solutions. In addition, the Senior Systems Analyst will be responsible for requests to troubleshoot software problems as well as drafting documentation.

NOTE:

Ideal Candidate:

* Preferred experienced working with SAP FS-CD (Financial Services – Collections & Disbursement)
* Experienced in SAP FI: Financials, General Ledger
* Experienced in SAP-CO: Controlling, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting
* Experienced in SAP FI-AA: Asset Accounting

Education:

Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or 10 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience working in the financial services and/or insurance industry.
* At least 3 years of end-to-end SAP Implementation Lifecycle experience.
* Expertise in the FS-CD (Financial Services – Collections & Disbursement) module, including designing and configuring for Account Determination, Payment Methods and Banking.
* SAP Functional expertise in Finance Record to Report area (General Ledger, Controlling, Fixed Assets, Internal Orders, Treasury, Cash, Bank).
* SAP S/4 HANA experience in Finance. Experience working on an S/4 HANA conversion project would be a plus.
* Overall understanding of the SAP Technical Landscape – Basis, Infrastructure, Development, Change Control, GRC.
* Finance and Controlling processes and knowledge of US GAAP (General Acceptance Accounting Principles) reporting.
* Additional functional expertise in Finance to Manage area (Projects, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Contract Management (CM), Invoice Processing (IV), Business Partner (BP), Vendor Master, Customer Master, Fiori Apps, and end-user security roles).
* Working knowledge using a variety of programming languages and protocols including SQL.
* Knowledge of analyzing customized SAP integrations.
* Proficiency in ERP systems, Business Warehouse, BPC, Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing tasks.
* Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
* Self-starter who uses a proactive approach to software, maintenance, security, and applications.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze new business processes and changes to existing functionalities, translating user requirements into functional and technical design specifications for SAP modules. Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend SAP-based solutions.
* Develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate SAP configurations and customizations related to various modules.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, business processes, and training materials.
* Quickly respond to support tickets from customers and departments according to our ITIL process/procedure.
* Maintain Financial SAP Systems to ensure we are meeting all SLAs with our customers. The primary customer for this team is the Finance department for the company.
* When required, assist with Disaster Recovery tests and updates.

9/75 Work Week:

This company offers a 9/75 work week which allows every or Friday off.

Office Locations:

This is an onsite position. Candidate will be required to work at one of the offices either in League City, Texas, Downtown Houston, Texas, Galveston, Texas, Springfield, Missouri or Glenmont, New York.
