**Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager – Integration Initiatives**

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program/Delivery Manager to lead complex, global integration projects across multiple functions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with client teams to define project requirements, develop detailed execution plans, and drive successful delivery from initiation through go-live. Your strong technical background in integration technologies will help you balance business needs and technical constraints, proactively manage risks, and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Define and drive program roadmaps, establishing clear deliverables, success metrics, and timelines for large-scale technical initiatives.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, working closely with clients, partners, and internal operations to refine requirements and align project objectives.
* Identify risks and bottlenecks early, creating mitigation strategies to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
* Lead technical discussions, ensuring alignment on integration architectures while balancing technical and business considerations.
* Promote process improvements by applying Agile/Scrum best practices, facilitating retrospectives, and optimizing team workflows.
* Manage resource planning, including team capacity, staffing needs, and project budgets, while remaining adaptable to evolving priorities.
* Track and communicate project milestones, providing regular updates to leadership and recommending adjustments as needed.
* Foster a culture of collaboration by encouraging knowledge sharing, open feedback, and shared ownership of program goals.

**Required Qualifications**

* 15+ years of experience managing complex technical projects or programs, preferably in software or technology environments.
* Strong technical background with expertise in programming languages (Python, Java) and integration technologies (SSIS, ADF, Nifi, Boomi, Mulesoft).
* Familiarity with Big Data platforms such as PySpark and Hadoop.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering high-impact, large-scale programs.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Deep expertise in risk management and issue resolution.
* Experience in the Supply Chain Planning domain is highly preferred.

**Location**

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
