ServiceNow Architect

Job Description

A Public Sector client of ours is looking for an ServiceNow Architect to work on their ongoing project in the Raleigh, NC office.

Required Skills:

We need a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in the following.

* Extensive design and development experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management, IT Operations Management and/or Event Management.
* Significant experience using shell, Perl, python, or java scripting.
* Understanding of how to optimize the ServiceNow data model and structures and how to propose and enforce coding standards
* Experience soliciting a complex set of customer requirements and creatively translating those into solutions leveraging existing tools and integration
* Experience defining a product vision and then a detailed roadmap.
* Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills and attention to details. Ability to multitask while managing several initiatives.
* Ability to work on teams with participants from various technical disciplines and a good understanding of IT infrastructure operations.
